Watch looks like a Hamilton Ventura.  Actor: Phil Silvers?, Ernest Borgnine?  Just a wild guess all around.

Hamilton Ventura is right. The guy in the picture is wearing a US Army uniform and it wasn't for a movie. He was in the army at the time. What do you think?
