I'd say both. This watch is not a 6105. It's not a 6306. There's no way a watch as common as this should go for that much unless it's truly NOS with box, papers, tags, receipt, and hand delivery. This particular watch is not worth anywhere near that, especially considering that the seller normally sells Seiko replacement parts, most of them A/M.
Diver prices are silly, but this is beyond silly. JMO. Congratulations to the buyer, whoever you are.
