For anyone UK based Aldi have just advertised an Ultrasonic cleaner that goes on sale this Sunday 29th Jan 2012 for £19.99. Looks exactly like the one I recently purchased from Maplin for £24.99 which had been reduced from £44.99
. The Maplin one works very well anyone looking for a cleaner It might be worth a look. Ive included the link to the Aldi web site and the Maplin one if you want to take a look.

Me too, here in Aussie. Great bit of kit and the whole family get to use it. Often end up with it half full of jewellery when I get it out to clean watch parts.

Both the same, got mine off the bay about 18 months ago, for around the same price. Well I think of around or under $50.
I just put a dash of dish soap and warm water, seems to work a treat. Amazing the amount of gunk the cleaner releases.

I was at Harbor Freight the other day and they have an u/s cleaner on sale for $20. This model does not have a heater and I think it has 35watts(input power anyways). I dont have any experience with this model.
Your Aldi seem to have more stuff than ours.
