Anyone know which crystal i need for this case or have experience of good or bad crystals????

Geday,

The SEIKO original is long discontinued, (part no. 325T02ANS0 silver 325T02ANG0 gold)

You will need the Sternkreuz replacement, it's part number is XAC326.534 for silver cases, XAG326.533 for yellow metal cases.

It fits OK, sometimes it's a very tight fit.

sounds a stupid question but why a difference in colour if its just a crystal??????

The tension ring is gold for Gold cases and silver for silver cases :)
