Think about it.....without the hassle of adjusting the calendar every month, it's even less stress on the crown with screwing and unscrewing....

I thought about it, and if I only wore one watch all year long (ha!), I'd only have to adjust the date 5 times in that period to account for shorter months (and perhaps twice for daylight savings changes depending on where I lived).  Which calendar do you use that necessitates 12 times?  ;)

Touché!  ;D

Still, I find extremely boring and a major pain in the butt to screw/unscrew a freaking crown.... :banghead:

I come to a point that, whenever I'm in the mood for a particular exemplar in my collection (auto), I may wait a bit until it comes the correct day/date and time showing at the time on the watch and then start to shake it to set the right time in motion.  :D  True.

Hi Jake

For me i believe the more important aspect for the TII are :

a) the dial design , which should be as close or homage to the 6105 with raise indice.
-the offset date....not having much choice of correction, should be OK.
-otherwise ......a no date dial may be considered too.
(choice of dial may be offered....like the Tsunami).

b) lug size at 20mm should be OK too...... as 19mm is rather odd.
-22mm lug may be a little too big as it may disrupt the looks.

Hope the TII can be made avail soon...... i am waiting. Put me on the list !

While on the lug width. Here is the closest avail 6105 homage from Buffalo David Bitton.
The 24mm lug alter the homage looks. Therefore i believed 20mm will be a good compromise.
