2012 is here.. The January watch challenge begins..
« on: December 31, 2011, 09:25:01 PM »
So I have put the Orient M-Force 200m Air Diver on for the month..

As New Year arrives where you are, join in the challenge to wear one watch for January, if that is your intention..

Cheers

That is what I am doing.. I will be checking it daily for variation from Atomic clock and hope that it will be well within specs throughout the month..

This for a month on my right wrist.  My mega beat up Citizen V2 Custom, 7200 movement, 23J, auto, hand wind, hacking.  Cost £12 and has been serviced, but I do not know when.  Will be set at midnight, it will be interesting to see how it does.

Ready over here as well.  Watch was last set on Dec. 8, 2011.  It's currently at -10 seconds from the atomic clock.  Hoping for equally as great results over the next 4 1/2 weeks.  Happy new year!

(still waiting for that day of week to change to Sunday)

I'm in.  ;D
Just sync this to time.nist.gov.
I hope I can endure this agony of sticking to one watch for a month.  O:-)

Myles - i hope you don't mind I copied your spreadsheet.

It looks like I'll be up 10 minutes for the month.

Be my guest! I think the rate columns are set up to round to the nearest second, which should be fine for this test.

Best of luck!

Ok then - I always start my New Year's resolution on the 2nd of Jan - not sure why but it seems to be easier!

The watch of choice is the lovely 6309-7049 - currently running +5 secs on iphone time...
