Attached please find Seiko/Pulsar/etc. technical guides showing the designed power consumption and metering for different analog and digital quartz movements, as well as the corresponding batteries required by each. This is great stuff for those looking to tinker and test their quartz movements, or if you just want to know what battery to buy for your watch.  Enjoy.

I came across this updated 2006 Seiko Quartz Caliber Power Consumption & Battery Technical Guide The versions previously posted are 1999 and 2000. Hope this is helpful.
