Got this beautiful nisus diver :)
I couldn't get the caseback open yet, but it should have a Felsa 4007 movement :)
Véry thick plexi glass :)

Movement picture from the ranfft site :)

Are you sure it's 50's? it looks like a 60's super compressor cased watch. The case was constucted in such a way that the deeper one dived the tighter the water proof seals got.The cases were made by EPSA of spain they went out of business in the early 70's They are very sought after peices.
a word of caution, the star gears in the rotating bezel were a one off(no spares) the crystal were a one off (no spares) also the cross hatched crown are like hens teeth so be careful with it.a lovely watch.

It could be 60's, and I'm hoping for a real compressor, but it could also be a "compressor like" case. I have to open the caseback to find out but I'm not in a hurry, a caveman has tightened the case...
I've got a few cross hatched crowns as spares, so that's not a problem :)
Thanks for the warning about the gears, i'll be very careful!

(edit)
I'm in the night shift at the moment (hospital) and looking at ebay pictures of compressor cases gives me the idea that i've probably got a genuine compressor case diver myself! :)
I've ordered a better case opener, but if i'm right, i've got a bargain :)

I managed to get the caseback open and we've got a winner :)

Felsa 4000N movement

"only" one problem, a little gear of the auto winding system lost some of its teeth. Now I have to search for a little gear :(

This one. Any idea what the english name for this gear is?

(edit)
Well i've been searching for a spare part, and now the needed gear is shipped today :)
