Orient Watch Company celebrated their 50th Anniversary in 2000.. To celebrate they produced a few limited edition models of which this Orient M-Force World Time was one.. This is a big but also comfortable watch to wear.. The stainless steel bracelet is 21 mm along its full length and has a double lock clasp.. Unlike the other Orient World Time watches that I own, this one has the city ring moving counterclockwise as the hands move, as opposed to the 24 hour time ring..
The dial is very nicely decorated silver with orange subdial hands and is easy to read.. The city ring is a nice pearl white.. The case back is convex..
Lume is OK, but nothing to shout about.. It does last for a good part of the night..
While this is not a dive watch, it has depth rating of 300m..
The 24 hour ring turns without any clicks and only using friction.. It is very tight to move, which is not a bad thing as you are unlikely to need to move it once set.. In fact it makes more sense to set the city ring using the crown at the first setting..
The watch is engraved with its number/1000 on the left hand side..
I understand there was also a two tone model of this watch in another limited run of 1000..
