Great watch box, with some interesting pieces there. ;)
I need a nice big box like that, as my collection has really grown over short while since my start.

Here's my 10 watch box case from Noah when I bought my Tsunami.
I really need more boxes. lol.

Dave.

Dave, I've been wanting to ask you, was that box part of the package when you bought your Tsunami? Or did you also buy it when you bought your Tsunami?

spring-diver, I like to see a focused collection like yours ! My tastes unfortunately are too broad to have something so centered like that.
Cheers!

Wow, I didn't realize that I'm amongst some serious collectors.  Sure puts the corner of my armoire (where I keep my watches) to shame.   :))

Yes as ToxicAvenger (my tsunami brother) said, case comes with all sorts of accessories too.  ;)
You can check out my tsunami review to see all that came with my tsunami, here:

Yeah, the 6309 and Tsunami are 2 different beasts, and should be in every Seiko collection IMO. :D

Cheers, Dave.

Hello guys, steven from Montreal.
It's been a while since I've visited, I was a frequent visitor of the old site. This place looks great.
This thread caught my attention as I am a cabinetmaker.
I've crafted a few watchboxes over time and here are the latest.
For the first one the body is made from birch and thee top is made from flame maple. The finish is 4 coats of varnish
For the second one the body is made from  one piece of flame maple, the top is spalted maple. The case is finished with 5 coats of Danish oil.
Hope you like them.
Steven

Steven, that looks awesome! I would love to have something like that but in two stories, like a true cabinet.
Cheers!

Steven, those are beautiful watch boxes!  You do excellent work.  I'm a sucker for the look and feel of natural wood, especially beautifully figured pieces like you employed in your construction.  Thanks for sharing with us!
