Modded Seiko "RED" Neo Monster SNZF47K1
« on: April 08, 2010, 11:24:17 AM »
This is my modded Seiko "RED" Neo Monster SNZF47K1.

I disassembled this watch and removed the hands and dial. The dial has an outer ring which can be removed easily. Then i removed the "seiko" and "5" logo and white text. After cleaning the dial i placed a adhesive red foil and carefully cut out the date opening. Then mounted the outer ring and assembled it back into the watch. I switched the steel band for a black/red NATO strap.

I've had a few of these watches and sold some to friends and even my dad wears one. They are all very satisfied, it wears comfortly, the movement has a lot of reserve and runs very well. It's a affordable watch with great looks, available in a lot of different colours and have a nice finish. The lumibrite gives a great effect at night.
