It seems that Citizen Has another Japanese brand.  This one is called Independent:

The brand is primarily a funky fashion brand and seems to be limited to the Japanese market.  Check it out, there is some very funky stuff in there.

I have known about Citizen's other Japan market brands for quite sometime know. Independent has some interesting/fun pieces but nothing that tickles my fancy in terms of movement technology. After all, it is an entry level, youth oriented brand.
 
I also like the watches sold under the Raguno brand and none are terribly expensive either.
