Default Citizen 7 Eagle Needs Repair

I'm in Houston and I am looking for a reputable watch maker that can fix a vintage Citizen 7. It has an 8200 Miyota movement. Hacking, 3 hands, date, manual wind, automatic. Citizen discontinued servicing this model.

The movement is not working and the stem may be bent. Dial, hands, and case are in great condition and signed crown appears to be fine as well. I need to find someone (with references) to put in a NOS 8200. Here is an article on the watch with photos

If the watchmaker is in Houston or TX better but I will ship in the CONUS once I establish communication.
