Default Citizen 7 Eagle Needs Repair

I'm in Houston and I am looking for a reputable watch maker that can fix a vintage Citizen 7. It has an 8200 Miyota movement. Hacking, 3 hands, date, manual wind, automatic. Citizen discontinued servicing this model.

The movement is not working and the stem may be bent. Dial, hands, and case are in great condition and signed crown appears to be fine as well. I need to find someone (with references) to put in a NOS 8200. Here is an article on the watch with photos http://themonsieur.com/2011/01/28/lu...tizen-7-diver/

If the watchmaker is in Houston or TX better but I will ship in the CONUS once I establish communication.

Can you elaborate a bit on "movement is dead"? Have you had the watch evaluted?...and if so what was the diagnosis? It appears that parts should be available, and it is a relatively straight-forward movement. I am located near Kerrville, TX and make monthly trips to Houston. Recent work has included Seiko 6139a, Patek 215, Cartier cal 83, Sub ref 14060, varioius Rlx Ladies DJ (mostly 2135 and 2235 movements), my own Citizen auto, Citizen Eco Drive...okay, so I keep busy, but there is always room on the bench for one more. I would be happy to evaluate your Citizen. Feel free to email: paulnmartha@yahoo.com. Kindest regards,
